Stop Trying to Teach a Monkey how to Swim
It’s a truth universally acknowledged that having a good team increases your chances of building a good product. Let’s say you’ve taken care of hiring and are facing the challenge of maximizing your employees’ potential. But how do you make sure they grow professionally as individuals, become better as a team, enjoy their job and end up delivering a stellar product?
In this session, we’ll learn how to build successful teams by amplifying the strengths of each team member and reducing the impact of their weaknesses. We will discuss the importance of a development growth plan and how to build it using the employee strengths as a foundation.
