Inna Weiner, a senior technical leader with 25+ years of global experience, leads the Search Analytics Data Warehouse at Google in the Bay Area, a data platform for strategic analysis, experiment analysis and ML, a work that impacts billions of people and searches every day. Inna is an expert in big data, deriving insights from data, product and user analytics.
During her 15 years at Google, Inna led engineering teams in consumer and enterprise products including Google Sites, Google Trends and Google Analytics, growing her organization 10X from 5 to 50 in her recent role in Search.
Inna enjoys building strong diverse engineering organizations, with common vision, growth strategy and inclusive culture.
Inna is married and a mom of three, recently relocated back from the Bay Area to Israel.
