How can we grow female employees and other tech minorities in our company? As a part of the National Council for the Advancement of Women in Science and Technology at the Ministry of Science and Technology together with Adva Center we conducted a research to answer the burning question of how to improve the gender gap in tech. In this lecture you'll receive practical tools from our findings on how to increase the number of female employees by making small modifications in your recruiting process, onboarding process, feedback and growth process and company culture.
